    李冰与二郎神

          有方外士，为言蜀道永康军城外崇德庙，乃祠李太守父子也。太守名冰，秦时人，尝守其地。有龙为孽，太守捕之，且凿崖中断，分江水一派入永康，锁孽龙于离堆之下，有功于蜀，人至今德之，祠祭甚盛。每岁用羊至四万余，凡买羊以祭，偶产羔者亦不敢留，永康藉羊税以充郡计。江乡人今亦祠之，号曰“灌口二郎，每祭但烹一膻，不设他物，盖有自也。”（南宋.曾敏行《独醒杂志》卷五）
        可能四川同时流传着镇龙的灌口二郎神的传说，于是和李冰的传说混同起来了。宋徽宗佞道，始将二郎神封为二郎真君。大约到了元明，二郎神便与历史上实有的人物赵昱、杨戬混为一谈了（赵昱隋代人，杨戬宋代人）。我最近对敢于和神明灵物对抗的中国传说很感兴趣。众所周知，中国人很猥琐，总是不太愿意和神明较劲的。像李冰这样敢于捕锁龙的太守传说真是太诡异了。

    中国人不跟神明灵物较劲的原因应该不是出于敬畏吧。举个最简单的例子来说，孙悟空大闹天空的故事中国人是很津津乐道的，当然没有一个中国人敢于大闹天宫的，闹土地庙都不敢。但是如果有个孙猴子乱闹一下，中国人却会哈哈笑。

    我感兴趣的是中国传统中“人”对抗神明和灵物的传统。
